Biographical / Historical
Ignacy Jan Paderewski, 1860–1941, was a Polish pianist, composer, diplomat, politician, and the second Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland in 1919. He was born on November 6, 1860 in Kurilovka, Podolia Governorate, Russian Empire. He was married to Helena Maria Rosen (31 May 1899 - 16 January 1934, her death) and Antonina Korsak (7 January 1880 - 18 October 1880, her death).
