Overview Mostly letters written by a native of Lebanon, Tennessee, while a student (1865-66) at Ogontz Seminary for Young Ladies in Philadelphia and prior to and during her marriage (1869-76) to Charles A. Perry, a businessman of Weston, Missouri. Also includes a biographical sketch of her husband and an obituary and resolution honoring her father, Col. James Hamilton.

Donald B. Rosenthal papers

Overview After relocating to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg area, Don Rosenthal became active in two LGBT organizations; Mecklenburg LGBT Political Action Committee (MeckPAC) and Equality North Carolina (ENC). The bulk of the materials derive from Rosenthal's direct involvement with MeckPAC and Equality NC.

William Boyce and Mary Neal Overcash Thompson papers

Overview Thompson was a decorated pilot in WWII, shot down and buried in Europe. His wife, Mary Neal Overcash, later married again to Joseph R. Sparling Jr. This small collection includes correspondence, financial papers, biographical material about Thompson, rationing supplies, and papers about the Overcash family.
