Overview Keith Bernard was born in Rock Hill, SC and graduated from Winthrop University. He later attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. The bulk of the collection documents Bernard's participation in numerous Charlotte-area LGBTQ organizations.
Overview Josh Burford is best known for his work to preserve and make accessible the Queer history of the American South through the development of archival collections and oral histories. The bulk of the collection relates to the establishment and collecting efforts of the King-Henry-Brockington LGBTQ+ Archive, as well as research into the history of Charlotte's LGBTQ community.
Scope and Contents The Campus Pride records document the founding and development of the organization. The records include documentation of the Lambda 10 project, the Out and Greek Conference, and the Pocket Rocket publication. Materials include organizational records, publications and ephemera, and teaching materials.

Overview The mission of the Charlotte Lesbian and Gay Fund is to fund organizations that support the LGBTQ community through the pooled financial resources of individuals, corporations, and foundations. The collection contains 5 programs from the Charlotte Lesbian and Gay Fund Happening from 2008-2012.
Overview Charlotte Pride presents the annual lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning and queer (LGBTQ) Pride festival and other events in the Queen City. The annual festival is the largest LGBTQ Pride event in the Carolinas. The bulk of the collection documents Pride Festivals held in Charlotte, including planning materials and guides to the events. Also included are promotional materials, memorabilia, and ephemera from the more recent Pride festivals.

Scope and Contents The Donaldson Wells King Papers include correspondence, writings, personal memorabilia, documentation of King's involvement in the Charlotte LGBT community, as well as subject files and assorted publications.
Scope and Contents The collection is a miscellany of materials (cards, flyers, brochures, programs, etc.) from the Charlotte gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender community.
